*The majority of the services listed above are performed in our facility under controlled environments. We are limited in our abilities to perform services out in the field.

*All services outside our facility require pre-payment prior to appointment date.

*We no longer service 2-stroke engines, engines manufactured before 2000, diesel, inboard, or sterndrives.

*We provide a warranty on most all our services for 90 days. Fuel related services are an exception. Fuel related warranties vary, from time of pick-up to a maximum of 30 days, due to concerns with storage or reintroduction of poor quality of fuel of which is outside our control. All warranty related matters require inspection to determine cause of complaint. If the issue is a result of a warranty item no charges will be incurred to diagnose and resolve.

*In some cases your engine inspection fee will be credited towards the cost of services.

*We reserve the right to change any of the above services and or rates at our discretion. Our hourly shop rate is clearly posted in a visible location onsite and will always be current.

*All credit or debit transactions will incur processing fee of 3.5% – 5.0%. In order to avoid this fee we recommend payments be made with cash, Zelle, wire transfer, or cashiers check. Personal check policy is limited and all personal checks must post to our account prior to release of product. The minimum amount for a credit card transaction is $10.

*We proudly support members of Emergency Services, Rescue Services, First Responders, U.S. Armed Forces and veterans. All active and non-active members receive discount pricing and special government pricing if applicable. You may be asked to provide proof. Thank you for your service.

*Vessels, engines, old parts or any property left at our facility for an extended period of time after you have been notified may incur fees due to the storage and or maintenance of those items. We will make all reasonable attempts to contact you via the methods you provide at drop-off. After a reasonable amount of time (not to exceed 7 working days) we may be forced to charge you storage fees, donate, discard, sell or seek legal action. Please communicate with us so we can avoid this situation. We don’t want it to get to this point and communication can go a long way. We are not a free storage yard. Thank you.
